To prepare our Tikoy, we cut it into thin slices about a quarter of an inch thick. Then we dip the slices in beaten eggs and fry them in hot oil over low heat until both sides turn golden brown and crispy. We then transfer the fried Tikoy on a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil and finally transfer it to a serving tray or dish.
